(from Mix Mistress Elaine)
1 ounce vodka
1/2 ounce St-Germain liqueur
Chilled champagne or sparkling wine
Frozen grapes (seedless red grapes are particularly pretty)
In
a cocktail shaker filled with ice, mix the vodka and St-Germain. Strain
into a champagne flute or other festive glass and add a couple of
frozen grapes. Fill the remainder of the glass with champagne or
sparkling wine and enjoy the fizzing deliciousness.
Repeat as necessary.
