Makes 1 tablespoon
1 ½ teaspoons cinnamon
¾ teaspoon ground ginger
¼ teaspoon (heaping) nutmeg
¼ teaspoon (heaping) ground cloves
Mix the spices together in a small bowl until well combined.
If you’re making the pumpkin pie spice ahead of time and in a larger quantity, store it in a tightly sealed jar.
